They have withhold my winnings and asked for verification sent 3 days ago when asked and still nothing customer service just keep saying the same thing seems like I won’t be paid out quick at taking your money but seem to give excuses for paying out when you have spent a lot hey well you live and learn

They're happy to take my Visa deposit instantly, but then they force me to withdraw to a crypto wallet I don't even have. Why can't I just get my money back to my card? It feels incredibly shady.
