Scrooge is fantastic! They have great deals, quick redemption, quick replying customer service, and kick ass VIP appreciation. My only complaint would be that I miss their account reviews. Im not a big fan of the vault feature they offer now, but it's still pretty good. They are definitely in my top 5 for playing. I refer people to them all the time!

I have cashed out from here several times but if receiving your winnings in a timely manner is important to you, Then avoid this place like the plague. I a going on 16 hours waiting for mine right now. And their customer service is utterly worthless. dont reach out to them for ANYTHING unless you just feel like torturing yourself.

This website has a tendency to be unresponsive and they change their conditions and requirements to redeem. I had over $9,000 on Golden Dragon and turns out that they were not using the official Golden Dragon platform. I had been playing on a demo version that meant my winnings were not redeemable. I spent $200 and when I thought I had won, I was really counting on the winnings because I’m needing a car!
